1. Purpose
LifeTrack is a discipleship platform provided by Groundbreakers for guided sessions, recommendations, workbook reflection, progress tracking, and connect group follow-up. It is not an emergency, counselling, medical, legal, or crisis-response service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password private. One live member account may use an email address at a time. Leaders and admins must use the platform only for authorised groups, members, and ministry purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access accounts, groups, videos, guides, or data you are not authorised to use.
- Share invite codes, private media links, or member information outside the intended group context.
- Upload or submit harmful, abusive, unlawful, or misleading content.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, disrupt service, or reverse engineer protected access.
4. Member And Leader Data
Leaders and co-leaders may see member names, emails, signup status, recommendations, shared workbook responses, and progress information needed for follow-up. Membership and workbook answers can reveal religious beliefs. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details or information about other people. Agreeing to these terms is not explicit consent to sensitive-data processing and does not waive privacy rights.
5. Content And Media
Platform videos, guides, modules, and other materials are provided for personal and group discipleship. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly post protected content unless Groundbreakers gives written permission.
6. Email And Notifications
We may send service emails necessary to operate your account, including account approval, access and security messages. The platform also supports recommendations, group follow-up and module notices; these are not all necessarily essential service emails. Some automated emails can be disabled by admins. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing emails.
7. Suspension Or Deactivation
Groundbreakers may restrict, suspend, or remove access if an account is misused, if access is no longer authorised, if a leader/admin requests it for their group, or if needed to protect people, data, or the platform. Deactivation is not the same as erasing all personal data. Use the contact route in the Privacy Policy to request erasure.
8. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
Groundbreakers may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. Changes to these terms do not grant consent to optional cookies or new sensitive-data processing.
